濟(jì)南輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)房屋沒有嚴(yán)格的定義，一般可用主要受力構(gòu)件的截面組成來區(qū)分。因此以下的結(jié)構(gòu)都可稱為輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)：

(5) A structure made of components welded from thin steel plates;

（6）由以上各種構(gòu)件組合做成的結(jié)構(gòu)。

判定結(jié)構(gòu)為重鋼與輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)確實(shí)沒有一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，很多有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)師或項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理也常常不能完全說明白，但我們可以以一些數(shù)據(jù)綜合考慮并加以判斷：

There is indeed no unified standard for determining whether the structure is heavy steel or light steel, and many experienced designers or project managers often cannot fully explain it. However, we can comprehensively consider and judge based on some data:

一、廠房行車起吊重量：大于等于25噸，可以認(rèn)為為重鋼結(jié)構(gòu)了。

1、 The lifting weight of the factory crane is greater than or equal to 25 tons, which can be considered as a heavy steel structure.

二、每平米用鋼量：大于等于50KG/M2，可認(rèn)為是重鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。

2、 The steel consumption per square meter is greater than or equal to 50KG/M2, which can be considered as a heavy steel structure.

三、主要構(gòu)件鋼板厚度：大于等于10MM，輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)用的較少。

3、 The thickness of the main component steel plate is greater than or equal to 10MM, and less is used for light steel structures.

四、另外，還有一些參考值：如每平米造價(jià)，大構(gòu)件重量，大跨度，結(jié)構(gòu)形式，檐高等，以上這些在判斷廠房是否為重鋼或輕鋼時(shí)可以提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，當(dāng)然現(xiàn)在很多建筑都是輕、重鋼都有。但有一些我們可以較肯定的說是重鋼：如：石化廠房設(shè)施、電廠廠房、大跨度的體育場館、展覽，高層或超高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。

4、 In addition, there are also some reference values, such as cost per square meter, weight of large components, large span, structural form, eaves height, etc. These can provide empirical data when determining whether the factory building is made of heavy steel or light steel. Of course, many buildings now have both light and heavy steel. 五、實(shí)際上國家規(guī)范和技術(shù)文件都并沒有重鋼一說，為區(qū)別輕型房屋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，也許稱一般鋼結(jié)構(gòu)為“普鋼”更合適。因?yàn)槠胀ㄤ摻Y(jié)構(gòu)的范圍很廣，可以包含各種鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，不管荷載大小，甚至包括輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的許多內(nèi)容，輕型房屋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程只是針對其“輕”的特點(diǎn)而規(guī)定了一些更具體的內(nèi)容，而且范圍只局限在單層門式剛架。

5、 In fact, there is no mention of heavy steel in national regulations or technical documents. To distinguish light steel structures in buildings, it may be more appropriate to refer to general steel structures as "ordinary steel". Because the scope of ordinary steel structures is very wide, it can include various steel structures, regardless of the size of the load, and even many aspects of lightweight steel structures. The technical specifications for lightweight building steel structures only specify more specific content based on their "light" characteristics, and the scope is limited to single-story portal frames.

六、輕鋼也是一個(gè)比較含糊的名詞，一般可以有兩種理解。一種是現(xiàn)行《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》（GBJ 17－88）中第十一章“圓鋼、小角鋼的輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)”，是指用圓鋼和小于L45＊4和L56＊36＊4的角鋼制作的輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，主要在鋼材缺乏年代時(shí)用于不宜用鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)制造的小型結(jié)構(gòu)，現(xiàn)已基本上不大采用，所以這次鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范修訂中已基本上傾向去掉。另一種是《門式剛架輕型房屋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》所規(guī)定的具有輕型屋蓋和輕型外墻（也可以有條件地采用砌體外墻）的單層實(shí)腹門式剛架結(jié)構(gòu)，這里的輕型主要是指圍護(hù)是用輕質(zhì)材料。既然前一種已經(jīng)快取消，所以現(xiàn)在的輕鋼含義主要是指后一種。

6、 Light steel is also a relatively vague term, which can generally be understood in two ways.
